Documents received in the OSFA are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Students, please check your Enroll & Pay > Student Center for the most up to date financial aid information. If additional information is needed to complete your financial aid file the OSFA will typically contact the student.
If you have questions or concerns regarding your personal financial aid information, please provide the following in your e-mail communication:
- First and Last name initials only (please do not include your full name for security reasons)
- KUID Number
- Permanent Address & Phone Number
- Day and Month of Birth (please do not include year for security reasons)
